White Urad Dal

Mappillai Samba Rice

Dry Ginger

Cardamom

✅ How to Use

Add 1½ tablespoons of Ulutham Kanji Mix to 100 ml water and mix well without forming lumps.

Cook on medium flame for 4–6 minutes, stirring continuously, until the porridge thickens.

Add coconut milk or regular milk as desired.

Sweeten with jaggery/sugar or add salt, according to taste.

Serve warm.
